  • What are you looking for on your rental application and background check?
    • As the Property Managers, we review length of employment, contact references, and run credit and criminal background checks through a third party vendor. All applications are reviewed with the landlords for final approval.
  • What is the first step in the home buying process?
    • Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is the first step, unless the buyer is purchasing with cash. Having a pre-approval letter from a lender gets the ball rolling in the right direction and helps us find a buyer the perfect home.
  • How much do I have to pay an agent to sell my house?
    • Listing agents represent sellers and include a fee in the listing agreement in the form of a percent of the sales prices for representing the seller and marketing the property. When the home is sold, the listing agent typically splits this fee with the buyer’s agent.
  • What do I need to bring to a real estate auction?
    • Bring valid photo identification with you. If you plan to bid on a property for sale by auction, you must have payment made on in the amount specified on the auction sale bill.
