Grant Nicodemus, Auctioneer/REALTOR®

I was born and raised near the small town of New Carlisle and have lived there all my life. I attended Pathway School in Covington, Ohio through the 10th grade and completed my final two years of high school through Citizens High School. I've worked at my family's machine shop, True Cut Tool, since high school and currently act as Office and Sales Manager. This experience has helped me develop my skills in sales and client relations.

In 2013, I attended The Ohio Auction School in Columbus and received my apprentice license. I became a licensed auctioneer in 2015, licensed in Ohio and Indiana. Through auctioneering I've found that working with clients is my passion. Because of this I became extremely interested in real estate sales and earned my real estate license in 2016. I am excited to be part of the EB Real Estate team.
